Well gr33n, its a 1863 Gixxersaurous 1157....LOL

And today i decided to take the Vapor VR2 Digital Dash off and see if I could get an '03 GSXR 750 cluster to work. And see how it looked....

What do you all think... I like the fact that its a factory Suzuki part...looks more "finished"  I think...more "stock looking", you know what i mean...

And I still have to clean up the wiring...dont pay attention to that mess ...hahaha It took awhile to figure out the 2 diff wire harnesses and get the right wires...

I now have T signal reminders, high beam light, oil light, neutral indicator, speedo and Tach...Going to pop it open and change back lighting to Blue. Then change graphics  to match my gixxersaurous...

It still needs a filler to cover the open area and hide the wiring...

SO... should i make the filler panel out of black ABS or carbon fiber ???

well, got the cluster permanently mounted today.(had to fab a couple mounts for it) I have everything but the neutral light working now. And I think i put the sensor in a click off when i built the trans...duh...So i have to try and fix that F-up now. And Im gonna need a cheap azz speedo healer.(to fit an '01-'05 B-12) If you know anybody that has one laying around...didnt get the wiring cleaned up, didnt get a filler panel made...Got an emergency service call at 1:30 pm today. Electrical short in a DC sensor cicuit, took out over 30 sensors and a power supply and 4 sensor control boards..I just got back home a few min ago...And still have to build a new power supply in AM....major suckage!!!

Ebay should have some cheap speedo healers for those. Plus look in the sale boards of gsxr.com , gixxernation.com and gixxer.com

Thank you..this is a condensed version really. I had tons of pics ect ....but this whole process took a few years, and a bunch of trial and error ....And a metric ton of $$. Even doing all the custom type work and Fab myself, there is more $ into this bike than a new 600cc sportbike would cost......

And let's not forget the original $4,500 + interest I paid for it back in '87 ......

Well... I got the forks rebuilt today.....all new seals...o rings..bushings...ect..and 15wt syn blend oil in them.
Also completely finished the battery box and painted it....

Will polish the forks up with Mothers tomorrow and install the front end....

Then pull the back half back apart for final paint now that its all fit ....
