it could just be the audio from a phone camera, but that sounds like a wrist pin slapping.
What does "riding season" mean?

so i took my carbs off and in the second intake there is a valve that is stove piped i just wonder what else it f***ed up when it bent and what made it bend id like to know what would make it bend so if i fix the valve i can fix what caused it so it dont happen again

need to inspect that piston, there is most likely a large dent in the top if not a hole or crack,  Also the head is most likely damaged and valve seat..

New head, valves, piston are surely on the replace list.

remove the valve cover, I would bet the spring or spring clip/holder broke allowing the valve to drop into the cylinder thus "really screwing some **** up. 

Just pray it didnt fubar the cylinder walls..

Wow this is starting to sound like it would be cheaper to just buy a used motor found some for around 500.00

And alot less hassel........ Cause if you got it torn down far enough to fix it might as well refresh the whole thing with rod bearing, crank bearings, rings etc.   The plus side is you may be able to BUILD the motor up with performance pistons etc.  check J E pistons for upgrade kits.  W/ a bore job you could make it a 700cc+   

Yes I would suggest finding a  complete drop in motor,

I wrote out general cost of this work as I have done several... Might want to get one of those 500 dollar motors
