It's a 1930's Excelsior-Henderson custom.  I can't remember where I saw it....some TV show.  Truly one of a kind! :21

OK, What's this?

Know the difference between crack heads and Gap addicts? I have heard of people quitting crack.

I find a Soap Box comes in handy when getting on and off my High Horse!

There are a few acceptable right answers to this one....including two manufactures and 2 possible engine sizes.

Aermacchi's

a 250RR racer and a H-D Aermacchi street bike.

Aermacchi is an aviation firm that after WW2 turned to making motorcycles instead of fighters. Harley bought the Aermacchi motorcycle branch when the company wanted to get out of making motorcycles to concentrate on aviation.  Harley owned the Aermacchi motorcycle company for a time in the 70's and sold them as Harley Davidson Aermacchis in the States as their counter to the small displacement Japanese bikes.  The bikes continued to be built in Italy while H-D owned them.

Chris

As I wrote Aermacchi concentrated on aviation after selling the motorcycle part of the business to Harley.  Now Aermacchi makes some pretty cool aircraft including the most recent commercial aircraft I flew on in August.
