Nothing New Except a Tire Calculator & Burgman 400 Possibilities.

I plan to Darkside the Burgman 400 (My new , used, ride) soon as the rear tire is near slick at 5300 miles.  :groan

Process of obtaining darkside information about Burgman 400 on the site revealed a formula for quick Tire Comparison Calculation (Such things as Sidewall Height, Width, Over all diameter, Circumference, Revolutions per mile, Speed reading variation assuming speed is measured via rear wheel and not front).

The Burgman 400 uses a 150 70R 13. There are several on Tire Easy.Com site that should fit at 155 70R 13.
Just wondering if anyone has an opinion on the tires shown below or any other comments? (do not need coments about if TO DO IT or NOT DO IT -- I am a believer.

Based on pictures of the tire treads, I like the forth one (Archilles Platinum) with symmetrical tread. $38.20 plus shipping $23.09 = $61.29.

  • I just love to ride and have since I was 5.
I tend to go for the symmetrical pattern myself.
