Imho the most gap like is barber. A good mix of L. R. DR.  Elevation changes and sweepers. Some off camber too.

I've only been to barber tally and Jennings so others may have different thoughts.
R. Atlanta and CMP have a few Long straits that will surely test the wings top speed and braking ability.

Craig (can't remember his last name), the guy who rides a maroon wing up at the gap quite a bit, has done trackdays with STT at Road Atlanta and Jennings both. He got along just fine even with the straights.

U would do ok in Intermediate limited only by Bike ability. Thing Wing would probably Rule beginner class @ the 3 tracks I mentioned. Biggest issue would be truely slow beginners w/ liter bikes.

My first trackday ever was @ barber. 4th session some newb borrowed a friends 1198 Ducatti. A few of us were being nice only passing on straits. Followed this guy an entire lap till I got frustrated. Turn 5. The U turn I started to take him a little early to get a run on him. I was a wheel ahead and looked over to make sure he knew I was there and watch him twist it open. Neck n neck I'm on the inside Right coming up on a tight Right and had to brake early. We then did the Congo line cause nobody had the power to pass according to STT Rules. On the back strait they black flagged him.  I was on my VFR800.   I totally understand Bike limitations.

Another time @ Jennings. End of day. Passed a CBR1k in T13. I went off track @ T2 doing 105 he passed me back.  Passed him again @T13 same lap. And again went in the grass @ T2 @ 100+mph. I just kept missing my turn in by 2ft. Ugggg. I parked for the day.

Agreed tally, it's the shortest, tightest track within reasonable distance.
