It looks comfy and powerful. And, it looks like it would handle fairly well too.

Detuned more cruiserish version of my bike.

After sitting on one a couple of weeks ago, I still way prefer the original.

LOVE the looks of the ST1300.

Saw one of the newest Honda's, the CTX1300 at the dealership when I was out there. Looked sharp, kinda like the F6B. REAL futuristic looking.  :21   Kinda glad they detuned the engine and have it run on regular gas instead of premimum. Pricey little bugger though..... the one I looked at was close to $17,000!

As soon as I heal, I may just have to borrow one from the local dealership and go for a test ride.....    :happyrider

For some folks that isn't really an issue.

Not that I'm one of them.

Let's see, what can I put in those saddle bags for a road trip.  Wearing a T-shirt, jeans, underwear, socks (shirt for 1 day, jeans for several days unless gets dirty and then take a shower with everything on, underwear (good for 4 days, just keep turning them around and inside out), socks for two days(turn inside out for second day);  I could put a pair of jeans, 5 rolled up Shirts, 4 underwear, 6 pairs of socks, that could make a 5 to 10 day trip.  Oh, and throw in my accessory bag and medicines.  Heck, may even get 3 weeks if in summer and it rains.

You get more room for socks if you quit wearing underwear.
