MAZSYM Scooter News (600 - 48 HP about 100 MPH) - :-( Not USA

Was on BurgmanUSA site reading a post on Changes for the Burgman 400.

A guy in England (I consider knowledgeable) came in with a reply about a new 2015 Maxsym 600 Scooter. He test road it and liked it better or as good as the Burgman 600 and better than his Burgman 400 (both of which he has owned). He did say the 600 might not be quite as fast as the Burgman 650. Burgman 650 clock at about 105 mph -- the video here on the Maxsym shows 160 KM/HR which is 99.4 MPH (INDICATED).

Much cheaper than the Burgman 650. Anyway, sad is not being sold in USA.  :groan

So how hard is it going to be to do a busa conversion on a burgman for paul?
What does "riding season" mean?

Not since they are not sold in USA.

Otherwise, if in USA and if the price was as the guy on U-Tube Video guessed ($6800 USA), it would be a good deal compared to a Burgman 650 (I think the Burgman 650 is priced at near $11K new - list, but there are some good deals new as they are not a popular selling item). The BUrgman 650 is still the Cadillac of Scooters.

Scooters don't ahve the image (Macho MC Rider), but as far as a ride, rider comfort, storage, handling, gas economy, etc. - beat heck out of most other MCs up to 1100cc or 1300cc range. Even for long touring trips (saying, then you need a 650). The 400 is adequate for most folks needs).

Of course, not comparing performance to a sport bike and not comparing long distance cruising to comfort of a Goldwing or some other big bikes. But for price, storage, economy of MPG, and most folks riding styles  - I would still take the Burgman 650 or equivalent over those others.
