Weather is DANG ????   ---  Maybe the percentage coverage will be south or north of us (like FRI was).

Just passing information , I am playing it by ear, may try to drop by one or the other things SAT.
Betty's Church Dinner is also SAT, so that puts a damper on me. .

Vintage Baseball Games -- Saturdays
AUG 21 (error in paper as should be 20th)  Lighfoot Club (Chattanooga) VS Knoxville Holstons (Knoxville)
AUG 27 Travellers Club (Brentwood) VS Emmett Machinists (Knoxville) 
LOCATION: Ramsey House off of John Sevier (East on Thorngrove Pike).
TIME: Games start at NOON
Parking and Game are FREE.
Concessions available (not allowed to bring your own) -- they raise money off concessions.
Ramsey House Tours are $5 and there is a visitor center / museum

Canton's Chapel / Richardson Cove Firefighter Fundraiser 
Lunch Noon to 4PM (Hamburger, Hot Dogs, Baked Beans, Chili, Potato Salad, Slaw, Dessert.
Live Music starts at noon.
MAGIC by Terry Evanswood at 1:30PM for 30 MIN (he lives out that way and is volunteering his service)
Duck Race at 3PM.
Raffle for a .22 Rifle (Henry, Repeating Evil Roy Frontier). That is a lever action I think.

Not sure what happened at the ball game (Ramsey House). I finally got away from her and went by there about 2PM and no one was around except one truck leaving that was behind a closed gate.

Very likely, the game was over or got cancelled due to rain, but we had not had rain here by then.

I rode to Mtn Mtr Sport - had a coffee, was reading a magazine and dozed off.  :-[

Curtie flopped down beside me and woke me up.  :groan

Good to see him again - recoved from injured thumb (work related) and broken leg (obtained walki ng a bike down a hill).  Doing OK as far as I could see, usual Curtie.  :happyrider
Ride Country Roads - a lot. :-)
