I have the fuel tank hanging on my garage wall. Mine wasn't as bad as that though, I don't even see a fuel tank there.

Fuel Tank likely Blew up.

I heard a firemen and another guy talking about many explosions (likely transformers, propane, vehicle gas tanks). 
Ride Country Roads - a lot. :-)
